The next island down from Paxos is even smaller and less developed.  Only a handful of villas exist on Antipaxos.  

Antipaxos is a great day trip:

• a boat ride down the east side of Paxos
• a swim on the white beaches at Antipaxos
• lunch at the taverna above the beach
• a boat ride back possibly round the other, wilder side of Paxos

You can rent boats for the day from Lakka or Loggos.
